Overrated. Overpriced. Service is only fair. I've had to go get things from other service staff. Burned pancakes the last time I ate there. Cook your breakfast at home- you'll be better off and you'll be able to hear yourself think without the noise.

I was disappointed by the food, I ordered a breakfast sandwich which lacked flavor and the OJ tasted low grade, sadly Dunkin Donuts is a better option.
